Section 59
Personnel related
(1) The Board shall have the required number of employees for the performance of the Board's work.
(2) Appointment, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of employees as per sub-section (1). It will be as specified in the regulations.
(3) At the request of the Board, until the appointment of the staff as per Sub-section (1), the Ministry may assign necessary staff to the Board.
(4) The approval of the board's organizational structure will be done by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Ministry.
